Rosanna Di Nuzzo

I deal with social innovation projects aimed at fostering the empowerment and well being of people through education, entrepreneurship, social inclusion initiatives. I’ve conceived, proposed and realized several projects at European and at local level, dealing with the whole process: from the monitoring to the final application, included the creation of networks and partnerships.

I believe in the opportunity to give new opportunities to people, through education, social innovation, active participation.

Beyond the technical competences acquired though my studies and work experiences, I adopt the mindfulness approach for the personal and professional growth.

I’m an independent project designer and trainer, with a post graduated master in Local and International Development. I’ve been working in the field of vocational and educational projects since 2001 with several organizations and SMEs, teaching and carrying out many projects about longlife learning, entrepreneurship, professional standards, certification process, gender equality.
I’ve designed several projects financed by regional and national funds, as well as EU projects like Phare, Grundtvig, Leonardo, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, Erasmus Plus.
I’ve been project manager of Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme, for three years.
I’ve been project designer and project manager in charge of the Research Project “Lombardia Eccellente” in cooperation with the University of Pavia and the University of Milano and several public and private organizations.
Currently I’m working as independent consultant and teacher for several organizations, universities, public institutions, NGOs.
