Assistant Professor of Management and Business Administration at the University of Milano-Bicocca. She holds a PhD in Information Society from the University of Milano-Bicocca, an MSc in Development Economics from the University of Oxford (UK), and a BSc in Economics from Bocconi University, Milano. She was previously a Researcher at the Interuniversity Research Centre on Public Services (CRISP) of the University of Milano-Bicocca, where she conducted research in cooperation with several public administrations, especially at the municipal level. Prior to her academic experience, she was a Project Manager at the UK-based consulting firm Oxford Analytica, where she was involved in major projects for institutional and corporate clients. Her main research interests include: services analysis, design and management (with a focus on public services); urban governance and strategic planning; social innovation and sustainability.
